I'm expecting an offer from Nielsen Media for a Senior Software Engineer position. I have 3 years of experience with a current package of 20 LPA fixed, plus a 3 LPA retention bonus payable over 2 years.

They are offering me 23 LPA fixed...

I am part of the layoffs.

They made us sign a document and asked us to resign.

4 months Salary with a document signing no legal action against them.

It is happening across the Nielsen office in India

My guess is laying off 10-15% ...

How is nielseniq doing in terms of businesses and who are their primary customers? I might land an offer with them, should i consider it?

Be careful before joining Nielsen, they are doing huge round of layoffs for the newly joined folks after the leadership changes and folks from o*o, b**u are running this for all non hired folks by them.
