Nielsen Media Offer
I'm expecting an offer from Nielsen Media for a Senior Software Engineer position. I have 3 years of experience with a current package of 20 LPA fixed, plus a 3 LPA retention bonus payable over 2 years.
They are offering me 23 LPA fixed plus 2 LPA variable.
Could anyone share what I should expect from Nielsen for an SSE position in terms of salary and potential hikes? Also, any insights into the work culture there would be appreciated.

Don’t know what you should expect from them but for you I would say you should ask for a better hike than this. This is too low. Minimum you should ask for 26-27lpa as fixed.
