I'm currently working in GS and i feel I'm really underpaid compared to the market and my skillets. I have about 3.5 years of experience in the operations division where i mainly specialise as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Im highly skilled in Alteryx, SQL Coding, building dashboards, etc. I've also been supporting line functions within the team as well. My current CTC is around 8L (fixed) + 2 (Variable) I'm up for promotion and my CTC might just go up to 10L (fixed) + Some Variable but I still feel underpaid.
