I feel like a fraud
I got promoted to manager and now I'm in charge of people smarter than me. How do you lead when you feel outclassed?

It has been eating me up inside. It's been 3-4 months since they dumped a lot of responsibilities on me and I happily took them, not thinking much about whether I will be laid off. Now I'm perpetually trying to be better and at the end of every day I have this feeling that I am not working as good as others (leads or seniors). If that wasn't a problem I'm getting into an inferiority complex. I feel I am certainly smart enough to acknowledge this and work on it. Are they deceiving me into believing this? What can help me, any suggestions?
