They don’t mean sh*t if your managers are toxic, if people are afraid to speak up, if promotions are given to favorites, if people dont grow the way they want to grow, if burnout is rewarded, and if leaders don’t live the values they preach.

Sure you can reel people in with all those.. but here's the thing: People see through the BS - either with time or with experience.
