Need permanent WFH

Hi team.I am from ADM domain.I am reporting 3 days per week according to rooster plan seats.My ofc location is too far from my home location. 10 hrs journey. Is there any option in cognizant to cut my monthly salary as 5k etc and give WFH?Could you please tell if you know?
