I am working in one of the WITCH company and having package of 6.65 with 2.5 years of experience. Tech stack is MERN. I am noida based.
I am having 3 offers :
13.5 LPA (12.5 Fixed , MEAN) Mumbai Company size is < 10
11.4 LPA (8.4 Fixed, MEAN ) Hyderabad Company size < 25
8LPA (8 Fixed , MERN ) Noida company size > 1000 Third company visited my college also in 2022 , at that time they were offering 5-6LPA to freshers. I told hr i need Delhi ncr location , that's why i want to join you. And shortly i going to have HR round (not eliminating) with them.
My questions :
Any other suggestions are also welcomed.
Take a decision taking a long term view. Some parameters that I can think off
quality of air
do you want to settle in a different city
prospects of the business of each company. Preferring a brand would be advissable
tech stack should be forward looking and not legacy
if you want to join the company which is offering the lowest, negotiate to get a slightly better package.
On negotiating with third company, tell them that you have more offers and would like to negotiate Financials. Pls be prepared to walk away if they don't want to negotiate. It doesn't look good if you want to negotiate, they don't and you end up joining them.
Seeing the offers that you have, they will surely negotiate.
