Need help for finalizing offer
Hello guys
I have two offers opentext: 20 lpa fixed (Bengaluru) NielsenIQ: 16.5 fixed + 1.3 variable (Pune)
Basically I am from Mumbai and thinking of going to Pune since it's near my home location.. but the ctc difference seems a little more.. I have heard NielsenIQ is still doing wfh only
I need your suggestion guys. please let me know your thoughts..

Leave everything else and see which company has better team + projects to work on. Money will come with time. Prioritise better experience and learning.
Also, imo with 4YOE, you should be away from the comfort zone aka home. But hey, I can be wrong, everybody have different priorities in life.
