When I was there as a skip it was all chill okay fine and logical. The moment I became a direct reportee shit got real and I then understood why did his one downs leave saying it is toxic. So yes can understand what you are saying.

I don't know man. I was there for a short while. Arnav was pretty even though shit hit the fan a couple of times but thats may be because I am from the same college
