I got the offer from Brane Enterprises to join them as Solution Leader and not much is told about the role. They said I'll be working on low code/no code solutions developer. Do you have any idea how is this company how is this role? prior to this i was a SDE. Should i join ?

They are giving food salary but offer letter says strict timings and it seems like an implementation role. Also read about team toxicity/politics , non stable product with difficult implementation and I don't think they even give relocation assistance ( might be wrong though about this part)

The work culture is pathetic. So the managers of senior people in the company are bullshit and extremely toxic. Avoid as much as you can. I had friends who joined at senior level and left in no time because of the toxicity with no job in hand. So avoid as much as you can.
