Layoffs at Sprinklr

Seems like spirinklr did another round of layoffs today at least in India office.

Feeling sad as too many companies are in this mode.

Is this the strategy of the companies to layoff the people before appraisal and bonus time so that they can save from giving the bonus.

Seriously it feels job industry is very worst.
