Was not knowing about silent layoffs happening.

But one interesting thing I have observed is that many organizations are now deliberately making the work environment more pressurised and/or toxic to reduce the headcount so that they don't need to layoff people.

Immense work pressure and toxic environment (wasn't like this several months ago)
Less than 5% appraisals
No talk about retention
General lack of care for employees

But LinkedIn pe toh kuch kuch bakchodi daalte rehte hain unke company page pe. General lack of employee care toh nhi lag raha but could be an eyewash as well.

Don't you think that somebody did the layoffs at their company that's why now everybody thinks they need to do layoff too!!
It's kind of basically like #BHEDCHAAL all over again

It is like pehle big companies n start kiye ye trend and then other companies is trend m employees ko fire kar rahe even though they did not need to, like chalo "Behti Ganga me hum bhi Haath Dhole the hai"
