Why these HR’s not ready to provide feedback after the interviews round .

I am not getting if candidates attended interviews for 1hr / 45 min /30min at least they deserve feedback doesn’t matter if it’s positive or negative .

It’s better to accept negative/positive feedback instead of keeping hope . This is big demotivating for us.

It’s a request to all HR’s please don’t play with our times. And one question why you are more active before setup the interview and then act like dead .
