Congrats on the offers! With 2.8 years of experience and roles as an AI Engineer, choosing between Experian (22.33 LPA) and IBM (15.17 LPA) depends on your priorities. Experian offers a higher salary which is a strong factor, but also consider the role’s learning opportunities, work culture, project types, and career growth. IBM has a global brand and possibly broader exposure, which can be valuable long term. If compensation is your priority and the role excites you, Experian is a great choice. If you value brand prestige and diverse experience, IBM is solid. Try connecting with current employees to get insider insights.
