Tech stack - java spring boot AWS cloud Yoe - 9 Current CTC - 20 lpa(18 fixed) Offers -> Ibm isl Kochi - 27 lpa fixed Allianz technology - 29.5 lpa(28 fixed)
Which one is good? The joining date is on 28th Aug in both organizations. Can I negotiate with ibm and join there?
