Ibm ISL OFFER

Thave got an offer from IBM ISL for 20 LPA fixed, my current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now. How to ask for more hike ??

What is your YoE, skill set and years with Infosys? If you’re with Infosys for a long time, you’re likely underpaid and can ask for 40-50% hike tbvh. It isn’t uncommon.

I don’t know your tech stack, but considering your CTC in Infy, I’d ask for at least 23L.

Reason: You’re at 18, you’ll probably get a 10% hike making it 19.8. 23.xy is 20% on top of that.
