I need to repay my emi for personal loan from Kotak Bank, but I am unable to do through bank as my account is freezed due to miscommunication.

I am giving interview in Kotak Mahindra bank, but I am not sure if I really want to go there. I mean currently. I’m working in American Express. So should I aim for a better company like a better brand or should I go to Kotak Mahindra Bank?
