I got an offer from a company for being a third party payroll. I don't know how stable is it and what are the pros and cons?

Ur stability depends on how happy client is with your jira tickets completion. U can survive there for 4+ years or u can get fired even in 2 months

U solve excessive jira tickets on time, your job will be safe. Client company's environment is tough. There are 2 reasons companies hire on a 3rd party payroll. 1- they pay less cost wrt to full time employment. 2- they can keep the resource/employee as long as they want or short period as much as they want to.
