No respect is very true.

I have seen contractors in my projects. They get more workload and sometimes no night shift allowance.

If there is a rampdown, they are considered first.

IDM has some contractors, every time we want to enter their odc, it is always the contractors who open the doors for us. It is not 1 2 occurrence. Seen it for at least 6 months.

If you join tcs as a contractor , your morale will go down. There could be few exceptions, but this is the majority.

Join only if you absolutely have no other offers.
