How are these people getting such good offers with very low years of experience. I have 4+ years in FE and now just shifted to product management, my profile won't even get shortlisted, forget getting an interview.

When you switch career domains from SWE to PM, your previous experience will not be taken at face value. Today's job market is pretty difficult for people with low experience in a domain.
