Am I underpaid ?
I work as 601, CCB as product manager I have 18 Lpa salary. I have 7 years of experience. Am I underpaid? If yes, what can I do to increase it? I dont think annual salary increment will help much though !
I'm an experienced professional with 2 years of experience in Finance and 5 years in Product. In India. I'm also from tier 1 colleges in both undergraduate and MBA. However, I'm struggling to take my salary past 30 Lpa. One reason is that I definitely do not have solid brands (companies) on my resume for Product experience part. I see many product ppl earning way more for the same experience having doing similar work n worked in similar companies. I'm constantly having the thoughts on having massively underachieving. What should I do for increasing my pay?
I thought INDMoney paid really well for Product
Decent yeah. I switched couple months back though, but unable to get thru to those jobs which pay well (33 Lpa in my mind)
I never find any job posts for IND on LinkedIn. Where can I get to see opportunities in IND?
Hey if you want reference in servicenow

In the same boat man. I'm seeing juniors and freshers from my college already earning way more than what I'm making at 5+ yoe. Feels terrible, ngl
I get it. I'm totally cool with juniors earning more. Just want to know how I can get there!!!
Are you not an spm for some years now ...you can switch to ad roles at companies
I've been spm also, but it is still a small company, so the pay didn't increase as much.
