I have 2 offers One as APM at series B startup and other one in Founder's Office at series A startup, what should be a right choice.

APM without a doubt. You will learn real skills.
Founder office you will learn how to massage ego.
In 2022, I had to make a similar decision. I went ahead with APM role. My founders office role was pretty much customer facing so I didn't want to take it up and coming from non tech, getting an APM role was a huge deal for me
