Looking for guidance from startup founders and marketers as a young naive kid

I have been working as a growth marketer in a startup agency, learning the people are great at an average pay. If i stay here for longer i will be a specialist and my career trajectory in marketing is promising

I recently applied and am in the final rounds of a company where i applied for marketing. In the final rounds the founder asks me if i want to just do marketing or look at an overall business to which i replied i would want to be a founder someday. She revised her JD and is offering me something in product or growth.

I don't know what to choose i recently got a hike from my current organisation. Please please please help me in this dilemma.
