Forced Resignation

I started in assurance in big 4mid September And was put on pip in December and probation extended and my manager informed pip not cleared and neither confirming my probation and also considering my notice period from the date she informed me.. Am in fix what to do how to justify to other companies and shall I move to consulting again or leave it
