I have put into pip.how to deal with it.shall I served pip or look for another opportunity.

My friend went through PIP, after 2 months he was told to resign. He got salary equivalent to his notice period after resignation and found a job with decent hike.

I would suggest the same to you, most folks put into PIP don’t clear it. Use it as an opportunity to prepare for interviews and find a new job which gives you a good raise. Also, make sure you utilise wellbeing subsidy over next few days

PIP is generally a sign to start looking for another job. Have heard very few instances of people clearing PIPs.

Deloitre is plagued by arrogance leaders..we are all reponsible as we unnecessarily put halo around some companies .

Start searching for another job.

Serve it and fight back by documenting every single thing properly.

As suggested above, go out and do the same amount of work in other firm and they will respect you for the same what you do here. You will have your life with decent salary.
