Not enough imo. At that liquid pay in Series B, you can surely ask for 100% of that in equity.

This. Series B means exit will on an average be 2-3x. You can negotiate for more.
Khoka base pay means director level at least, you should be having more of your compensation in equity

Might reject take bigger chunk from esop pool ask for 60l esop. Also depends on valuation but always take a lot of equity for yourself if the shit hits fan sell it and exit
