How is the work culture at Medibuddy? Asking specifically on the tech and product side of things
People who are there or have worked do share your thoughts
So I received a call from a recruiter for a PM role at Bharat Pe. What seems odd to me is that the recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn at midnight and called me today (15th August) to schedule for tomorrow. Is it a red flag? I mean who’d do office work at midnight or on a national holiday. Am I overthinking? How’s the culture in general since all the drama that happened? Insights/Opinions welcomed.
So I cant say about Bharat Pe, but my experience says this overthinking is generally true. The culture might be shit, with too much pressure on monthly targets
I have interviewed with many red flag companies, like the interviewer is only available post 10 pm, call from hotel room while vacationing, unavailable during work hours as they are busy with office celebrations, etc.
We generally overlook these thinking all of them are similar. Really shouldn’t normalise such things.
Culture ka thoda dekh k rehne ka, market mein news hai udhar maja nai aane ka!
Give the interview anyway, the interview experience is valuable
You might wanna skip Bharatpe...not worth joining
Maybe the person just loves his/her job so much that they don’t have a life beyond work.
