Just curious to know what the market standard for hike in product based companies is.
What's the average annual hike at your org ? I know it depends on performance and all, but still there's gotta be range. Asking from a dev standpoint, but would like to know others as well. At my company, it's around 10-15 %(mid size company, not a startup).

I’m wondering what is the case for your company and how transparent are the hikes? Do they tell you on what parameters will you get x% hike?
And same for bonus. If x is your bonus component, what % of it do you get annually?
