Had max rating, awarded multiple times for performance. The company has also been making significant money for the past 5 years. They also hire slowly so we never had any over hiring of layoffs.

cannot disclose bro. It's one of the MNC. It simply followed other MNCs like tcs wipro. Wipro delayed, tcs cuts variable pay.
