Amazon Hire and Fire Work Culture

Hi Guys,

I got a decent offer from Amazon this week. When i am searching on multiple review sites like Glassdoor etc, about working culture at Amazon, i am hardly getting any positive reviews?

Can somebody pls share insights so that i can take switching decisions accordingly?

If you want to work yourself to the bone for the money and the learning opportunity, join Amazon.

In my case, the learning too had ceased. All there was left was money.

Thanks for sharing this info. I will be joining vendor management team. Any particular insights you can share?

My 2 cents. Join it if you don’t have any FAANG tag on your resume. It will open a lot of opportunities in future + a good comp jump. Stay for a year and then jump ship.
