Which company is this? I will freaking apply if they indeed offer 80-90L + ESOPs. Have multiple papers in ICRA, CoRL , etc.

But something tells me that it's one of those bait and switch startups that counts likes of free food and snacks in that CTC

As far as I know, one of the few legit companies that offer that much is Rubrik and Confluent but mainly for SWE roles, not ML

Eh ML engineers are like NBA players these days. 500k USD offers in the bay for freshly minted PhDs are not uncommon.

Going by the 1:4 pay ratio b/w India and US the offer seems at par with market expectations.
