Agritech company, Waycool has again started layoffs majorly from its tech stack called Censa. Censa might see a shut down. Company laid off 300 employees in September, 2023.

Waycool is undergoing organisational restructuring, following the footsteps of UDAAN, don’t see any turning point due to the lay offs. One of the worst planned companies I’ve worked for in my 8 YOE.
What’s the chatter regarding Indian startup’s in agritech? Dehaat, Waycool, Ninjakart etc.. hear they’re hunkering down but are likely to survive the next couple of years at least…
