In house call center will lead to lots of cost. Esp with travel agents there's bound to be issues galore and lots of calls to the call center. Call center will be a cost centre and you will need to charge convenience fee to maintain this๐Ÿ˜… Maybe you can forgo this in say Airlines tickets but in that case you need to keep margin in hotel or trip bookings. There's already travel triangle working on partnering with agents concept
