Safe but definitely not fun/great work. Also highly depends on the manager and vertical

Only Razorpay would meet those specifications IMO. Product culture does not exist at Indian startups.

What do you mean by last sentence?

Here is the long version of why I am super disoriented about the Indian ecosystem:
Go to any meetup with “folks” who work in product teams in Bangalore and you will meet Product Owners disguised as Product Managers. They will talk tactics, Agile, SCRUM and drop other disappointing jargon like “Now, Next. Later” and “Dual Track Development” frameworks.
Go to a startup mixer in any decent startup market either East or West of India and people are jamming on one thing and one thing only - insights.
Any ecosystem that has more focus on virtue signaling and less focus on metrics (PAID GROWTH DOES NOT COUNT) that matter is where this happens. Take 99% of startups off the treadmill of VC money and they fall to the ground, which means they do not have a product culture. Raxorpay is one of the 1% (I am sure there are more, none come to mind).
