Your favourite job/interview portal

I am seeing a lot of interview platforms to streamline tech hiring. Are the claims of reducing the stress of hiring (time and money wise) true? Why are there so many people in solving for tech hiring?

As an jobseeker simplest platform is linkedin jobs, if the company actually replies to job applications.

Job portals help when you like to shop for options but if you are looking at opportunities more carefully then LinkedIn is a good place to open up conversations, reasonably evaluate. Yes its time consuming but should be worthwhile
