Will I have legal trouble if I accept offer from competing organization?

  1. Non-Compete During the course of employment with the Company, and for a period of [2] two years following the termination of his employment, the Employee agrees to refrain from competing with the Company by developing or marketing or engaging in products or services in the areas in which the Company develops, engages and markets products or services.

This was written in my nda while joining the compan. Can this land me legal trouble ( Indian scenario) #tech
