Helps to be honest, have a fair reason for why those roles weren’t meant for you, without bashing culture/company/manager etc

Especially in early years, it’s okay to try things, realize they’re not what you want to do in the long run, and leave amicably

Being able to explain how those early experiences led to you realizing why this particular role is important for you, might make sense
