Coders who use AI are not able to do any debugging. They really suck at programming. We had interviewed them for python openings. They seriously just ask chatgpt to code everything for them

This is really will become a problem further for the people in “decision making” not only while programming but when you to daily task or being a part of some discussion. Will you u go and explain chatgpt and ask him during that time?? What about critical thinking i think everyone company must have some training for that. It totally ruin that.

At first i thought how bad could it be. But omg it's really bad. The next badge of coders is much much worse than us. They just sat there staring at the code. None of them got selected. We hired consultants to do the job on per hour basis.

I haven’t read any news related to actual AI replaced any employee or job role!!

Thats not how it works, lets assume i am running a team with 5 people right now and everyone is at 100% of there bandwidth, i decided to open a position of 2 head counts , thats putting 2 job in a market, however my team started using ai for there templated tasks or repetitive tasks, increased there efficiency and free some bandwidth, now i do not need those 2 people who i originally plan to hire, there goes your two jobs.
If i have to be greedy or all my team do is those repeats tasks which r now handle by AI tools, i might reduce or remove a member from the team as well.

It might take some for AI actually replace. People are still trying to understand it. I dont think AI at this moment can replace or reduce jobs

More profits. Also AI is eating up most work like crazy.

I guess to lay off high cost employee , to hire a low cost employee to do the same work , so yeah basically more profit .

They layoff employees to show investors that they only need to spend so much next year and we are in path to profitability. It's just to keep the investors satisfied. That's it.

I think that tooo!! I think there is some type of pressure from them or unpredictability of market
