I recently onboarding to Capgemini with hybrid work culture and 15 LPA ctc
Now I got Kyndryl offer ,they are offering me 18LPA With WFH
WHich one to choose and if kyndryl is good,guide me how to release from Capgemini?

I have an offer for Cybage Pune and Capgemini Pune. The thing is Capgemini is giving me 1.5 LPA more than Cybage. I have heard about Capgemini but not about Cybage. Anyone please suggest.
