Capgemini or HCLTech for work life balance and flexible work.

I am 8 years exp in SAP EWM! Have offer in CAPGEMINI and HCLTECH. No much difference in package. Looking for better work life balance and flexible working hours and WFH. Which one would be better!

I was part of HCL for 2.5 years and after that in Capgemini from last 1 year in SAP ABAP. From my understanding i would suggest HCL for work life balance.
