I have been looking at career trajectory of several people from IITs and non-IITs down the line after 14-15yrs. What I found is that most managers, PMs, director are from non-IIT backgrounds? (Or possibly IIT backgrounds but non-CS background) What do these people(IIT-CS) do later? I saw few opening their own startups. But I couldn't find rest. Where did they go? If you know anyone in your network, please put their designation.
