Had Accenture ASE offer in hand and our campus had the one job rule.Tried off campus but not even a single reply till today ,What should a fresher do keeping in mind that recession and layoffs are happening?

Offcampus offers are pure luck, effort and time management. When I was looking for the same, I used to sit and apply at as many companies as possible. Morning 10-15mins Night 10-15mins Got replies from 4, 1- I was rejected, 2- I rejected, 1- I accepted (one of the dream companies) Currently there are no job/intern openings for big product based companies so either try to go with the flow or participate in the regular contests/hackathons through which companies hire, relevel is also a good way if you have good dev skills. Also have an eye on the opportunities. Good luck!
