My first project in Infosys, there were 2 leads and 3 managers. On Mondays, we used to have a call with one of the onsite managers who used to scare and micromanage. Coming from a college-like company with no professional barriers, giving updates to him and answering (I used to ask my leads to help me understand what he was asking) was scary.

Tell your’s as you have one

random monday morning, after two days of no winds , storm hit us, all our pods were in restart loop backoff limit exceeded, nearly at 11 am got call ended up with lot of chore work on dependces and full day was hectic

this reads like some dystopian sci-fi where we are manually taking care of bionic seed pods... like if there are storms and headwinds, we'll need to plan ahead to take better care of these pods.
Forgot to do a sanity check on Friday, Monday was all blood for me.

Boss don’t know shit about anything, known to be an asslicker to senior management. On Monday project update meeting, he will ask random questions to just somehow run the meeting for an hour. Worse is after call he will ask everyone to share summary of ongoing task. Mdfk that is what we discussed for a hour

I hate these meetings.
