What’s the deal with Rippling?
Every review that I see online, glass door or blind, or even in-person, claims that it’s not a good place to work at, with unrealistic expectations. Coupled with the fact that the Indian team is treated like second class citizens, with random layoffs happening throughout the year. “People just disappear” is what they say.
However, they have one of the most toughest interview processes. They ask leetcode medium-hard questions to L8 EM candidates too, and look for nothing less than the very top layer of companies when sourcing.

Scaler had a good episode with Rippling ex cto.
They are focusing on raw iq, that’s the reason for leetcode questions. They also have heavy bias towards ex founders.
They pay the top dollars. I’m not sure about business they’re in and the revenue model.

You can afford to do crazy stuff if you are paying too dollar I guess

People go there for money only
