Smoking

A pack a day for 5yrs..quit during covid when I worked from my home village..No access to my fav ice burst.. So had to go for 10km to get one ..It went from a pack a day to one or two cigs per week...
Then marriage happened.. I quit with 90day streak.. Then it went to 4 cigs per week again..I was very guilty one day and tried to stop that cycle and started watching series for diversion and practised punching bag workouts at home..
It started there and 500+ days of no smoke.I visited Bangalore to quit my job (still jobless) had 5cigs in a day(smoke tribute😅) now the streak is 180+...
My advice is don't try to quit just try to delay the next cig ...eventually u ll forget to smoke ..most importantly engage urselves with something ull love.. Focus on that...
Most people are just routine smokers..not addicted to nicotine.. We are just addicted to the routine..just change that behavior and it'll stop without even knowing that..
This worked for me..
The reason why I typed this long is I found this method on reddit and fk it changed my life..hence I believe this might help u too..
Don't try to quit..just try to ignore..

Will try this, thanks for sharing.

Being too lazy to work out or do anything physical
Struggling with this myself right now. I had the perfect gym routine for 3 years and then fell out, because life. Restarted again, but here's what I tell myself that works -
Getting to the gym is 80% of the work.
Once you're there, you just need to finish what you started, what else are you gonna do?
