What is the need of time tracking software?
Why is these bs time tracking softwares being introduced? What's the need for it when the employee is working on the assigned task and completing it before deadlines.
Suppose, if we are doing the assigned work way before the EOD, then why do we need to stick to the screens just for tracking our clicks? Any counters for this mechanism?

Yes I agree, but what one should do if he has completed the assigned work on time.
I know of cases where dudes did not even open the laptop for 1 year. So yes, given the kind of crowd we are getting these days and the wfh, I don't mind such trackers.
