Hello everyone, I have recently completed btech in cse from an IIT. Due to the recession I joined a PSU which I was selected for in a research role and now I want to switch my job as soon as possible to a Software engineer role. I am actively applying and approaching technical recruiters. But I am stuck in this job and there is very little growth(skills and salary wise) in this company as it is a PSU.Can anyone suggest what I should do?
Even in the research division you are not getting to learn?
Ok so the main purpose I am doing a job is to earn money and the salary and salary growth is not sufficient. With this tech stack, I won't be able to switch, if I continue in this company for more than a year. Every senior is only suggesting that I should switch ASAP if I want to switch.
