How to switch to high paying jobs ?
Hello fellow engineers , I am quite struggling with the job switch considering the Market.
I have 1.5 yoe in CloudOps,7.5 lpa ,WFH
I wanted to switch to SDE 1 role ,but guys guess what applied like 250.jobs in past 28 days , I didn't receive a single call from HR.
Should I consider pursuing M.tech from IIT (crack gate with good score) as IIT placement offer high package like normally good companies visit them with 18-35 lpa.
I am not being greedy, I need to support my mother, I need to get her OWN house and all the best things she sacrificed to teach me . That's the reason I need to earn more .

Try switching internally into dev roles and then after a while preparing and switch. Take any smaller company offer and switch to better dev role and again after learning and working there prepare DSA and switch. This is a long process so have patience and hope. Good luck
