Uber interview review

I had my uber phone screening today I was asked Alien dictionary from leetcode. I explained the logic and started coding but couldn’t complete code .. what do you think my chances are fo getting selected? I believe it is hard problem for 1 hour ie to get intution and make solution on paper and code it in one hour for the person who never even heard of this question before. I just saw everyone on youtube is saying same approach as mine.
