It's all about just office politics, no value given to the actual work when it comes to the ratings & appraisals. Work pressure will literally put you on stress and depression medicines but you won't get any benefit working this hard. Don't believe anything your manager says unless he puts it on email. Advice to everyone - UNDERPERFORM!
